A nature walk is not only good for the body but essential for my mental health during this time of seclusion. Luckily, there is a local park that I find myself drawn to renew my spirit, breathe in the fresh air while reconnecting with the natural world.
This was the first time I brought along my husband, Don, and our little dog Beaux. It was one of those gorgeous Georgia spring days with the sunshine beaming throughout the trees and paths. The perfect respite for the three of us. I like to think during these uncertain times, it’s important to stay positive, keep putting one step in front of the other and keep moving forward.
